The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Meghalaya Conrad Sangma Elevate is a flagship program funded by the state of Meghalaya aka CM Elevate Scheme. Overview of CM elevate Scheme

The youth of the nation need a platform and a helping hand to follow their business careers and passions. A platform that provides them with financial assistance for working towards a brighter future for society.  The CM Elevate Scheme has been launched to uplift the youth of the state of Meghalaya. The government has envisioned to double its GSDP to make Meghalaya a 10 billion USD economy by 2030. It has aimed to top states in the country in terms of per capita income and to achieve the Sustainable development goals. To accomplish ambitious vision, the government is prioritizing infrastructure development, promotion of ease of doing business, and designing and implementing programs that would engage and empower its people to attain the desired economic growth.

The objective of CM Elevate scheme

The main aim and objective of the CM Elevate scheme is to generate employment and eliminate poverty in the state. Economic Growth This program will accelerate and sustain the economic development of the state through development of job creation, infrastructure development, tourism promotion, and investing in businesses to increase capacity and expand potential. Increase credit flow into the economy The credit-linked program will improve access to loans for aspiring individuals and businesses who face difficulty in obtaining credit through traditional channels Credit marginalized communities, and small and medium-sized enterprises. Eligibility criteria for CM Elevate scheme

• Must be permanent residents of Meghalaya
• Must be above 18 years of age and below 58 years of age
• Must provide valid residential ID proof which includes Aadhar Card, voter ID, Passport, and Driving License.
• Should be eligible to apply for a loan and not be a defaulter at any financial institution
• Should not have any pending criminal or legal case

Required documents

• Documentation showing residency, such as a passport, driver’s license, voter ID, or Aadhar card.
• Any suitable land ownership or lease certificate, such as a sale deed, registration certificate, etc.
• Where appropriate, a certificate of no objection from the headman
• As evidence of participation, a letter of certification from the Block Development Officer (BDO) with the program’s associated sector

How to do CM Elelvate registration 2023

• Through the CM-ELVATE Program Portal, entrepreneurs can submit an “online” application for the program.
• Candidates can go to the portal, choose a scheme that best suits their needs, and apply for it.
• Then select the type of the scheme you want to apply for.
• Download the online application form for the scheme that you want to apply for.
• Upload the required documents.
• Then submit your application form.
