The Directorate of Estates has welcomed all of the new stakeholders to the E Sampada portal and now you can easily access the portal at the official website. The authorities have also now developed the E Sampada mobile application which was launched on 25th December 2020. This is a professional web portal that is created by the authorities so that all Government employees can access the services related to the bookings. Benefits Of e-sampada Portal
There are a lot of benefits that will be provided to the government officials through the development of the E sampada portal and the applicants will be able to also download the application which is created by the authority to understand more details related to the benefits. There are more than 1 lakh government residential accommodations available on the official website and there are 40 locations that are available inside the country for the development of the accommodation. 1.25 crore square feet of office space allotment is available in 45 office complexes at 28 locations inside the country and you can book any of them. There are more than 1000 holiday homes available at 62 locations for government officials to choose from and you can also do bookings of Vigyan Bhavan and bookings for social functions if you have any through the development of these official portals.

The bookings will do on a First come First serve basis and the following people will able to take advantage of this service-

- The officers can also easily book a venue by using this official portal. The following venues are available for booking-
- A Type VIII Bungalow in the heart of the city is allotted for marriage and social purposes on payment of license fees for a maximum period of 5 days. The procedure of allotment of 5 Ashoka Road is governed by the Policy formulated from time to time and is maintained by CPWD. The venue is allotted, on the payment of the license fee, as per the list of preferences as per the rules governing the allotment of the bungalow.
- Vigyan Bhawan forms the main center for International Conferences and other meetings arranged by various Government and Private Organizations. The Directorate of Estates is the custodian of Vigyan Bhawan since 2nd December 1992. Various halls of Vigyan Bhawan are allotted for important conclaves and seminars based on priority as per rules of allotment, at a payment of license fee. Other locations such as Kidwai Nagar (East) Lawns in New Delhi and Fagli Club in Shimla can also book at E-Sampada Portal.

To register yourself at the portal you need to follow the simple procedure given below:-
- The candidates will first have to visit the e-sampada website of the E-Sampada portal
- The homepage of the organization will open on your screen.
- Now you will have to click on the Login button available on the homepage.

- You have to click on the Register Here button.
