• From home page you have to choose “Digital signed 7/12, 8A, Ferfar and Property Card” link under Premium Services.

• A new page will open on the screen where you will find following options:
  • Verify 7/12
  • Verify 8A
  • Verify Ferfar
  • Verify Property Card
• Enter the verification number and press submit button.
• As you click, information will show on the computer screen.

Procedure To View e-Records 

• You have to go to the official website of the Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra.
• From home page you have to choose “e-Records (Archived documents)” link under Premium Services.

• A new page will open on the screen where you need to enter the login details.
• Login with portal and you can download the old archived documents.

Process To View Mahabhunaksha 

• You have to go to the official website of the Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra.
• From home page you have to choose the “Mahabhunaksha (Maps with Land Records)” link under Premium Services.

• A new web page will open where you need to enter the required information.
• Complete the information and submit it to see the map of the land record.

Procedure To Check PR Card Application Status

• You have to go to the official website of the Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra
• From home page you have to choose “PR Card Application Status” link under Premium Services

• A new page will open on the screen where you have to select the following information
  • By Inward Number
  • By Document
• Enter the information as asked on the screen and press submit button
• Status will show on the screen as you submit the information 

Procedure To View 7/12 Mutation Status

• You have to go to the official website of the Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra
• From home page you have to choose “7/12 Mutation Status” link under Premium Services

• A new page will open on the screen where you have to select the following
  • By Mutation Number
  • By Document Number
• Enter the information as asked on the screen and press submit button
• Status will show on the screen as you submit the information 

Process To Apply Online for Mutation

• You have to go to the official website of the Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra
• From home page you have to choose “E-Hakk (Apply Online for mutation)” from free services section

• A new page will open on the screen where you have to select “create new user account” 
• Fill the information in the form and submit the registration
• After completing the registration, you have to choose apply online for mutation
• Complete the form, upload the documents and submit it 

Procedure To View Online 7/12, 8A, Property Card:

• To view you have to go to the official website of the Revenue Department, Government of Maharashtra
• From home page of the website, you need to select “Bhulekh (View online 7/12, 8A, Property Card)” from free services section
• A new page will open on the screen where you need to select “Pune” or “Nasik” or “Aurangabad” or “Nagpur” or “Konkan” or “Amravati”
• Then click “go” option and a new web page will appear on the screen where you need to select any of the following
  • 7/12
  • 8a
  • Property sheet
• Now enter the further details as asked on the screen such as District, Taluka, village 
• Then select the rest details as asked on the screen and click Find out option
• Now you need to enter the captcha code appears on the screen of the computer
• Then click on verify captcha and then click Display 7/12 option and you get the details as you want.
