- From home page of the portal, go to the menu bar
- Choose Subhiksha Keralam option from there
- A new page will open on the screen, choose new registration option
- Select an individual or group or institute option
- Enter the aadhar card number or mobile number as asked on the screen
- Press the submit button and you will get an OTP
- Enter the OTP in the given space and submit it
- Now fill out the form that appears on the screen
- Enter all the details and click on the Create User option
