- District Centre: 63 Commercial plots.
- Rajiv Plaza Vigyan Kendra: 108 commercial plots and 16 1st-floor halls.
- Patel market: 51 constructed shops.
- Swami Vivekanand Nagar: 220 residential cum commercial plots.
Eligibility Criteria
The applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria to successfully apply for this scheme:-
- The applicant must be above the age of 18 years.
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- An updated Aadhar card and PAN card are necessary to apply under this scheme.
- Only one plot will be sanctioned to each applicant by the state government, and it is necessary to submit an income certificate and salary details first.
- If the spouse is also working, then the salary certificate is also necessary.
- Applicants who want to take a loan should have a valid email ID and aadhar card.
