Eligibility criteria

• Applicants who qualify for the Low-Income Category (LIC) must make between Rs. 25,000 and Rs. 50,000 per month.
• Applicants for the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) must earn up to Rs. 25,000 per month.
• Only permanent Andhra Pradesh residents are eligible to apply for a Housing Scheme under AP TIDCO.
