Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram 2023-24: Download Application Form PDF

A very new and interesting initiative has been created by the CM of Assam Mr. HImanta Biswa to preserve the cultural heritage of Assam. The Government of Assam created Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram 2023-24 in which all the interested candidates of state will register who are interested in Singing or Dancing. The Registration for Sanskritik Mahasangram 2023-24 will be started from 21st September 2023. Candidates who qualify every step of Mahasangram will get a chance to perform in the Grand Finale. So, candidates must register under this Mahasangram to showcase their talent and represent their state’s culture all over the world so people will know the dance forms or music of Assam and it will promote tourism. Overview of Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram

Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram initoative has been created to promote the culture of Assam. The candidates who are permanent resident of Assam and interested in Singing or Dancing must register themselves under the Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram which will be started from 21st september 2023 and the program will be conducted on 25th October 2023. The Grand Finale Of Sanskritik Mahasangram will be held on 7th February 2024. All those candidates who qualify all the stages of Sanskritik Mahasangram will be on its Grand Finale. The Assam Government will be offering 33 crore for the Sanskritik Mahasangram 2023-24 in the FY 2023-24. Candidates will get prizes on the basis of gram panchayat, ward, district, and state levels.

The objective of Assam Sanskritik Mahasangram

The main aim of Sanskritik Mahasangram is to promote the cultural heritage of Assam among the citizens to acknowledge it and represent it all over the world. Through the Sanskritik Mahasangram, multiple people will participate and showcase their talent such as; Rabindra Sangeet, Tribal Dance, and Jyoti Sangeet. The selected candidates will get multiple prizes and recognize their talent. It will also promote tourism and attract people to see the heritage of Assam.

Selection Process

Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of auditions which will be done by the committee members who finalize candidates on the basis of their talent.
