Eligibility Criteria
For Pre Matric
- This scholarship is for the students who are studying in classes 1 to 10th
- The annual family income of the applicant’s family should not be more than 1 lakh rupees
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Karnataka state
- Must have secured at least 50% marks in previous exams
- Must belong to SC/ST/OBC/Central OBC/Minority community/General/Kin of Defence Personnel
- Must not receive benefits under any other government scholarship program.
For Post Matric
- This scholarship is for students who are studying at a post-matric level such as a degree or diploma-level courses
- The annual family income of the applicant’s family should not be more than 2 lakh rupees from all sources
- Must belong to SC/ST/OBC/Central OBC/Minority community/General/Kin of Defence Personnel
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Karnataka state
- Must have secured at least 50% marks in previous exams
- Must not receive benefits under any other government scholarship program.

Application Procedure For Pre Matric
- Open the official website of the state scholarship portal

- From home page of the portal choose create an account option
- A new page will open, choose prematric option

- Now enter the Student SATS ID and press get data option
- Information will appear on the screen, read it carefully
- Press save & proceed option and a pop-up will open
- Follow the screen and enter your mobile number
- Press submit button and verify your mobile number
- Enter the OTP you received to verify
- Create password for your account and press submit button
- Login with portal by using Login ID and password
- Complete your profile with all the required details and upload the documents
- Submit the application form after review and must take hard copy of filled application.

- Open the official website of the state scholarship portal
- From home page of the portal choose CLICK HERE FOR POSTMATRIC SCHOLARSHIP option

- Now choose click here to create new account option

- Enter the aadhaar number and click the “click here to proceed” option
- Follow the screen and provide all the significant details
- Complete the registration procedure and Login with the portal by using your Login ID and password
- Complete your profile with all the required details and upload the documents
- Submit the application form after review and must take a hard copy of the filled application.

- From the home page of the portal choose the “student login” option

- A new page will open on the screen where you need to enter the following details
