Sanand EWS-II Awas Yojana

As per the Housing for all initiative of the Ahmedabad Urban Development Authority is constructing flats near the modern Schools in Sanand. Under the pradhan mantri awas Yojana. These flats are being built for citizens belonging to economically weaker sections. Beneficiaries will be able to purchase these flats at a rate of Rs 6 lakh. The application under the scheme will commence from 1st December 2024 and the last date to apply under the scheme will be 15th January 2024. All those citizens who are interested in getting the benefits of this scheme can submit their application on the official website. The houses under the scheme have an approximate area of 39.94 square meters. The income limit to apply for these houses is Rs 3 lakh.
