Overview of DDA Diwali Festival Housing Scheme 2024
DDA Diwali Festival Housing Scheme has been launched by the Delhi Development Authority. Under this scheme around 32000 newly constructed flats will be offered for sale. Out of these flats, 1100 will be luxury flats. The authorities have also opened the registration for potential buyers under the Festive Housing Scheme 2024. The flats under the scheme will be sold through e-auction on a first come first serve. This flat will be located in Dwarka in southwest Delhi, Lok Nayak Puram in West Delhi, and Narela and North West Delhi. The flats that are located in Dwarka and Lok Nayak Puram will be for the middle-income group. The prices of these flats will start from 11.5 lakh to Rs 5 crore onwards. People will be able to buy DDA houses even if they already own a flat or plot in Delhi
