Social Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh has started the Jnanabhumi Scholarship. Under Jnanabhumi Scholarship students belonging to backward categories such as scheduled caste, scheduled tribe, or even other backward categories will be benefited. Beneficiaries will receive a scholarship amount to pay their academic fee. The government has started various schemes to help students in pursuing their academics without financial burden. Eligibility Criteria

• Vidya Deevena Scholarship
  • An applicant who is pursuing polytechnic, ITI, degree or above level courses can apply
  • 75% aggregate attendance is mandatory
  • The annual income of the applicant’s family should not exceed 2.5 lakh
  • The total land holding of the applicant’s family should not exceed 10 acres wet or 25 acres dry or 25 acres both together
  • No one in the applicant’s family should be a government employee or pensioner except a sanitary worker
  • The applicant’s family must not hold any four-wheeler vehicle except a taxi tractor or auto
  • In applicants’ families, there should be no person who is paying tax
• Pre matric scholarship
  • Applicants should be from schedule caste, schedule tribe, backward class, or disabled community
  • The annual income of the applicant’s family should not exceed 2 lakh per annum
  • Applicant must be your student of class 5^th to 10^th

Jnanabhumi Scholarship 2024 Application Procedure

• To apply for the scholarship, you have to visit the Jnanabhumi website of Jananabhumi

• From home page of the portal, you have to click on fresh registration form link
• Download the application form from there or click here to directly download 

• Take print out of the application form and fill all the mandatory details in it
• Paste the passport size image on it and attach the necessary documents
• Submit the signed copy of the form to the principal of your college/ school/ institute after review the details 

Jagananna Vidya Deevena – Renewal Registration 

• To apply for the scholarship, you have to visit the official website of Jananabhumi
• From home page of the portal, you have to click on renewal registration form link
• Download the application form from there or click here to directly download 

• Take print out of the application form and fill all the mandatory details in it
• Paste the passport size image on it and attach the necessary documents
• Submit the signed copy of the form to the principal of your college after review the details

• From home page of the portal, you have to click on login option
• A popup window will open on the screen
• Enter the user id, password and captcha code
• Press sign-in option and user dashboard will open
