To provide a permanent house at reasonable prices to all the citizens of Maharashtra state the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority announces the launch of the MHADA Pune Lottery 2024. Under this scheme, the Maharashtra state government will provide affordable housing to the citizens who are living in the Pune area of the state. The MHADA authority has listed a total of 4777 houses under the scheme MHADA Pune Lottery 2024. The objective of MHADA Pune Lottery 2024
The main objective of launching the scheme is to help the citizens who belong to the economically weakest section of society so that they can buy a permanent house. Under the MHADA Pune Lottery 2024, the State Government of Maharashtra will provide houses at a lower rate than the market. Under the scheme, the houses are available in Pune, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, and Solapur districts within the Pune division. Pune and Pimpri-Chinchwad together provide 745 and 561 houses, respectively. The applicants must fill out the application form before the last date 8th April 2024.

Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be above the age of 18 years.
- The applicant must be a permanent resident of Maharashtra state.
- Lower Income Group (LIG) flats are available to applicants whose monthly income is between Rs 25,001 and Rs 50,000.
- The candidate is eligible to apply for Middle Salary Group (MIG) flats if his or her monthly income is between Rs 50,001 and Rs 75,000.
- The candidate may also apply for Higher Salary Group (HIG) flats if his or her monthly income is Rs. 75,000 or more.
