• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Madhya Pradesh
• Only students studying in Government schools can be able to take benefit from this scheme
• To get benefit from this scheme the annual family income of the applicant should not be more than Rs 60000
• Only those students who belong to scheduled caste and scheduled tribe and have got 75% marks and those students who belong to the general category have got 85% marks will be able to get the benefit of this scheme
