Ponmagan Podhuvaippu Nidhi Scheme (PPNS) was launched by the government of Tamil Nadu in the year 2015. Now this scheme has been re-launched. The government has also revised the interest rate. Under the scheme boys of the state will be motivated to open their account with the minimum deposit of Rs 100. The government is going to provide interest of around 9.70% per annum on the Amount deposited by the beneficiary. Those boys whose age is less than 10 years their parents can open the account.
