About Right to Education (RTE) Act

The Right to Education Act (RTE), is also known as the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act. By Article 21a of the Indian Constitution, this law was made. It is a law passed by the Indian Parliament on August 4, 2009. This law gives the requirements for free and compulsory education for children in India between the ages of six and fourteen. With the Act coming into effect in 2010, India joined 135 other countries in declaring education to be a fundamental right for all children. Eligibility Criteria

  • RTE Madhya Pradesh will only allow applications from Madhya Pradesh natives.
