The Himachal Pradesh State government launched the 1500 Scheme. To help the financially unstable female citizens of the Himachal Pradesh state the Himachal Pradesh State government announced the launch of the 1500 Scheme. Under the scheme, the HP State authorities will provide a pension of INR 1500 to all the selected applicants in the state. All the permanent residents of HP State who are between the age group of 18 to 59 years are eligible to avail the benefits of the 1500 scheme in Himachal Pradesh. Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a female citizen.
• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Himachal Pradesh state.

Ineligible Women Criteria

• Citizens who are income-tax payers, women monks permanently staying in monasteries, family members of employees, and pensioners of central and state governments will not avail the benefits of this scheme.
• Contractual employees, outsourced employees, daily wagers, part-time employees, ex-servicemen, and their widows, Anganwadi workers and helpers, Asha workers, mid-day meal workers, multi-task workers, and beneficiaries of social security pension are also not eligible.
