Under the DDA Phase III Festival Special Housing Scheme, the Delhi Development Authorities are providing affordable flats in various locations across Delhi. Locations like Narela, Jasola, Rohini, Siraspur, and Loknayakpuram will have flats and houses under the scheme. All the citizens of Delhi can access the scheme online by filling out the application form. The application form for the DDA Phase III Festival Special Housing is only available online. According to the Delhi Development Authority, all flats under the scheme are ready to move in and are freehold properties. Flat Price Under DDA Phase III Festival Special Housing Price

The DDA is offering 7931 EWS and LIG flats in Pocket 11, Sector G-7 in Narela. The LIG flats, with a 50 sq.m plinth area, are available at INR 25.2 lakh. All the EWS flats in Narela are fixed for INR 14 lakh, with a plinth area of 35 sq.m. All of these are newly constructed flats. 211 flats are being offered under the scheme at Ramgarh colony, near Jahangirpuri Metro station. That DDA is offering 8 HIG flats at Jasola, priced in the range of INR 2.08-2.18 crore.
