DDA e-Auction for MIG and HIG Flats Under the Diwali special housing scheme was launched by the Delhi Development Authority Coordination (Housing). This scheme will help all the citizens who want to buy a house in Delhi. All the citizens who want to buy a house can bid in the auction to avail a house. The Delhi Development Authority launched the Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 on 30th November 2023. The last date for EMD submission for this scheme is 29th December 2023. All the citizens who want to buy a house under the Diwali special housing scheme are requested to apply is 1st January 2024.
Overview of DDA e-Auction Under Diwali Special Housing Scheme
The Delhi Development Authority launched the e-Auction under the Diwali Special Housing Scheme. Under this scheme, a total of 2093 flats will be auctioned online. This scheme will help all the citizens who want to buy a flat at a lower price than the market. More than 3000 applicants have submitted their applications for the Diwali special housing scheme. The flats under the Diwali special housing schemes are HIG (170), Super HIG (946), penthouses (14), and MIG (316). All the applicants who want to take part in the e-auction can submit the application form before the last date.

- The applicant must be a permanent resident of India.
- The applicant must be above the age of 18 years.
- There should be no restriction concerning any land or property in Delhi.

- The annual income of the applicant’s family should be according to the flats they are purchasing.

DDA eAuction Submission Process
- To Submission Process for DDA eAuction first unit to go to the official website.
- Enter the keyword for the category.
- Click on the option register.
- A new page will open on your screen.
- Fill out all the details that are asked and click on the option submit.
- Login using your email ID and password.
- After successfully login click on the option search RFX/tender.
- Under the heading live click on the option click to proceed with application.
- Pay the event participation fees and click on submit & pay.
- A new page will open on your screen.
- Select the mode of your payment.
- After successfully paying your payment you can download the payment receipt.
- Now click on the option fill under the option prepare bid.
- Tell all the details on the application form and click on the option save.
- Now click on the option upload documents and upload all the necessary documents.
- After uploading all the necessary documents click on the option final submission.

- On the home page click on the option create login.
- A new page will open on your screen.
- Enter the OTP.
- After that, you have to click on register.
- Now you have to log on to the portal.
- Click on the option DDA Diwali housing scheme.
- A new page will open on your screen
- Fill out all the details that are asked on the page and attach all the necessary documents.
- Click on the option submit.
- By following this procedure you can log on to the portal and out all the details that are asked and click on the option Request OTP.
