Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be an Indian permanent resident.

Procedure to Download Digital Voter Id Card 2023

Through the National Voter Service Portal

• First, visit the Digital Voter ID website of the national voters’ service portal.

• Before you, the home page will appear.
• On the homepage, you must click on login/register.

• If you are registering on the site, enter your login credentials and click the login button.
• If you are not already registered on the site, you must first register and then log in.
• After that, you must click on the download e-EPIC button.
• You must now enter an EPIC number or form reference number.
• Following that, input the OTP provided to the registered cellphone number (if the mobile number is registered with e-roll). Finally, click on download e-EPIC.
• If your cellphone number is not registered in e-roll, you must complete KYC by clicking on e-KYC.
• You must now pass the facial recognition verification.
• Following that, you must update your cellphone number to complete KYC.
• After that, you must click on the download e-EPIC button.
• You may obtain a digital voter ID card by completing this approach.

Using the Voter Portal

• Navigate to the official website of the National Service Portals.

• Before you, the home page will appear.
• On the homepage, you need to click on the voter portal, input your login information, and then click the login button.

• If you are not registered on the site, you must first click on Create an Account and register.
• You must now click on the download E EPIC button.
• Following that, you must input an EPIC number or form reference number.
• You must now click on the Download e-EPIC button.
• Your device will get the digital voter ID card.

Using a Mobile App

• To begin, go to the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.
• Now, type the voter helpline mobile app into the search bar.
• After that, you must select the install option.
• The app will be installed on your device.
• You must now launch this app and input your login information.
• After that, you must click on the download e-EPIC button.
• You will now receive the National Voter Service Portal.
