The National Programme for Civil Services Capacity Building (NPCSCB) Mission Karmayogi has been launched by the Indian government. On Wednesday, the government of Jammu and Kashmir demanded that each of its employees sign up on the iGOT Karmayogi website. This offers a foundation for customising the user experience, making it simpler to find more pertinent content and encouraging greater platform user involvement. While iGOT Karmayogi 2023 will place the onus of learning on the learner, it will also give departments and managers the tools they need to oversee and guide officials. To train roughly 2 crore users, which was previously impossible using conventional methods, it would offer anytime, anywhere, any device learning. About iGOT Karmayogi 2023
The iGOT Karmayogi, a complete online tool to assist individual civil service officers in their capacity-building journey, is the foundation of Mission Karmayogi. It is more than just a learning platform; it is a venue for problem-solving that integrates five functional hubs for networking, conversations, competency management, and online learning. In the long run, this will improve government execution capabilities by enabling officials to deliver more effectively. The platform will enable online, in-person, and blended learning through these hubs, facilitating debates in subject forums, managing career routes, and enabling trustworthy exams that reliably signal officials’ competencies. The Program is created to strengthen the abilities of all government employees across departments, companies, and agencies in order to deliver services to the public more effectively and efficiently.
