Keeping this in mind the national trust has also launched Nirmaya Health Insurance Scheme registration online. Now citizens will not be required to visit any government offices to register themselves. This facility will be made available online. Beneficiaries are required to visit the official website to get themselves registered. Nirmaya Health Insurance Scheme is implemented by the national trust. It is a statutory body of the Ministry of social justice and Empowerment. This trust came into being in 1999. With the implementation of this scheme, the health of the beneficiaries will be improved. What is the Niramaya Health Insurance Scheme?

To provide Health insurance to persons with disability the Government of India have launched the Nirmala Health Insurance Scheme. Under this scheme health coverage up to Rs 100000 is provided to the beneficiaries which are renewed every financial year. To get benefit of this scheme beneficiaries are required to pay a minimum amount of premium. Those beneficiaries who are living below the poverty line category will have to pay enrollment fees of Rs 250 and those beneficiaries who are above the poverty line have to pay a fee of Rs 500. This scheme will provide access to financial resources in terms of health needs which will ultimately improve the financial and health condition of persons with disability.
