Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha state.
• The applicant must belong to:
  • General
  • Scheduled Caste (SC)
  • Scheduled Tribe (ST)
  • Other Backward Class (OBC)
  • Socially and Economically Backward Classes (SEBC)
  • Economically Backward Classes (EBC)
• The applicant must be enrolled in a regular full-time undergraduate or postgraduate course in a state university/government and non-government aided colleges/aided Sanskrit colleges/unaided private colleges.
• Applicants must have been admitted through the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) under the jurisdiction of the Higher Education Department.

Financial Assistance

• The scholarship amount for all the students who belong to the general or OBC category is INR 9000 for males and INR 10,000 for females.
• The scholarship amount for the students who belong to SC/ST and ‘Nirman Shramik’ Is INR 10,000 for males and INR 11,000 for females.
