RTE Kerala Admission 2024-25: Online Form, Eligibility and Age Limit

The RTE Kerala Admission 2024-25 forms are now available online. For all the students who are seeking admission to Government schools before taking admission in private schools the Government of Kerala state launched the RTE Kerala Admission 2024-25. All the students in Kerala state who are below the age of 14 years are eligible through the RTE Kerala Admission 2024-25. The RTE Admission 2024-25 will ensure that all children get an equal education opportunity of high quality that will prepare them to be contributing members of society. All the applicants who clear the eligibility criteria must fill out the online form to avail the benefits of RTE Admission 2024-25.

About RTE Kerala Admission 2024-25

To provide education to all economically weaker sections of society in the Kerala state the Kerala Education Department announced the launch of the right to education Kerala admission 2024-25. As per the RTE Act, 25% of seats in all government and government-aided schools must be reserved for children from socially and economically disadvantaged groups (SGBs) and economically weaker sections (EWS). With the help of the RTE Kerala Admission 2024-25 all the students who belong to the economically weaker session of society who are between the age group of 6 to 14 years will get compulsory education in government or government-aided school in the Kerala state

What is RTE Admission ACT?

The Right to Education Act was launched by the government of India to provide primary education to all the children in India who belong to the economically weaker section of society. Under this act, the Government of India will provide free education to all the students whose families cannot afford primary education for children below the age of 14 years. All the students in India who are between the age group of 6 to 14 years are eligible to avail the benefits of the Right to Education Act. All the applicants who want to exercise their right to the Education Act must fill out the online application on the official website of RTE.

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Kerala state.
• The applicant must be between the age group of 2 to 13 years.
• The applicant must belong to the ST or SC category.
• The applicant must belong to below poverty line category.
• Admissions in private schools under RTE Kerala 2024 will be limited to 25% of seats.

Admission Procedure

• To take admission under the RTE Kerala admission the students need to register on the RTE Kerala 2024 official website.
• Students or their guardians will be able to obtain their login credentials (User Name and Password) after registering, enabling them to access the RTE Kerala 2024 admission.
• To save the children from having to travel far for their education, the guardians or parents will also be able to check the school list online.
• Parents or guardians must scan the papers and save them in the specified format and size before uploading or attaching them.
• The parents of the applicant must carefully fill out every field of the application form because if any false information is provided the admission will be denied by the authorities.
• The guardians or parents must print the RTE Kerala 2024 application form for their records after completing it and submit it in the manner of their choosing.

RTE Kerala Admission Online Form

• First, the applicant must choose the school that they want their children to attend.
• The applicants are eligible to choose up to 5 schools so that if any of the schools reacted they still have the chance in four others.
• At the time of filling out the application form, the applicants must fill out it correctly with all correct details because if any false information is filled the application form will be denied.
• Follow the guidelines on the official website for attesting, scanning, and saving all important documents in JPEG format and specified sizes.
• Upload these documents along with the RTE Kerala 2024 application form.
• After doing all this work you can submit the application form to the respective authorities.
