On Wednesday the national portal PM-SURAJ Portal 2024 was officially launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi via video conference. During this, Prime Minister Modi said that the beneficiaries of his government’s schemes have helped the, ST, and OBC Classes a lot. The PM SURAJ Portal 2024 has been made available to all the citizens of the country. Financial assistance is to be provided to eligible individuals in the country. Through the Prime Minister’s Social Upliftment and Employment-Based Welfare (PM-SURJ) National Portal. This includes sanitation workers and members of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes. The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi launched the Pradhan Mantri Samajik Utthanevam Rozgar Adharit Jankalyan 2024 national portal. He approved financial support for one lakh entrepreneurs from underprivileged groups.  According to Modi, the government has already spent close to Rs. 1.60 lakh crore on the welfare of the SC community. The “PM-Suraj” portal will generate new job opportunities. After the portal has been launched a lot of people will use it and sign up. This initiative will improve the number of the most underprivileged people in society. Prime Minister Modi highlighted the government’s efforts and sympathy to give the poor people a priority.

Objective of the PM SURAJ Programme

The primary objective of the PM SURAJ programme is to give priority to the lower classes in India. As we all know the lower classes like SC, ST, and OBC have always been underprivileged somehow, so the government has created a lot of welfare programs for them. The ‘PM-Suraj’ portal will generate new job opportunities. After the portal launches, a lot of people will use it and sign up for accounts. • They may also be given up to 30 lacs of financial assistance if they are eligible for so.
