About Rythu Bandhu Scheme Release date

In this election, one of the main issues has been financial support for farmers. The plan is also mentioned in the six guarantees of the Congress party. The Congress party, referring to its guarantee as the Rythu Bandhu scheme, pledged to provide ₹15,000 per acre for farmers and tenant farmers, ₹12,000 for agricultural labor, and ₹500 bonus for paddy crops each year. The BR’s government said that it would provide ₹16,000 per acre annually to farmers, but the BRS manifesto went one step further and increased it to assure ₹15,000 per acre. The Minister had “not only violated the model code of conduct provisions but also conditions laid down by publicizing the release under the scheme and thereby disturbed the level playing field,” according to the commission.

• Farmers that qualify must be Telangana state residents.

When will the next installment of Rythu Bandhu be released?

• The next installment of the Rythu Bandhu scheme will be released after the election polls in the state.
• According to the Election Commission of India, the scenario is against the code of conduct which is why all the disbursements have been stopped for the time being.
