YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme 2024: Apply Online, Eligibility and Release Date

YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme 2024 was launched by the Andhra Pradesh State government. To increase inter-caste marriages in the Andhra Pradesh state the Andhra Pradesh State government launched the YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme 2024. All the applicants who belong to the SC ST or OBC category or are specially-abled in the Andhra Pradesh state are eligible to avail the benefits of scheme 2024. More than 56,194 Citizens of Andhra Pradesh state have already availed the benefits of the scheme 2024. What is YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme?

The YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme Was launched by the Andhra Pradesh State government to increase the rate of inter-caste marriage in Andhra Pradesh state. All the citizens of Andhra Pradesh state who want to engage in an inter-caste marriage are eligible to fill out the application form for the YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme. The Andhra Pradesh state government recently increased the beneficiary amount under the scheme. With the help of the scheme, the Government of Andhra Pradesh state can increase the social status of all the citizens of Andhra Pradesh state who belong to the SC, ST or BC category.

YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme Amount Released

The Government of Andhra Pradesh state has announced the amount that will given to the selected applicants under the YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme. The SC, ST, BC and Minority beneficiaries got INR 40,000, INR 50,000, INR 35,000, and INR 50,000 each previously, the Government of Andhra Pradesh state has increased it to INR 1,00,000, INR 1,00,000, INR 50,000 and INR 1,00,000 respectively. The beneficiary amount under the YSR Kalyanamasthu will be transferred directly to the selected applicant’s bank account. The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy has released INR 78.53 crore towards the fifth tranche of AP Kalyanamasthu and YSR Shaadi Tohfa scheme.

Key Highlights of YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme

Eligibility Criteria

• The applicants must be permanent residents of Andhra Pradesh state.
• The brides and grooms must have cleared the class 10th examination.
• The groom must be above the age of 21 years.
• The bride must be above the age of 18 years.
• The applicants whose parents are Government employees are not eligible to apply.
• The applicants must not own a four-wheel vehicle.

Selection Process of Beneficiary

• The applicants will be selected based on their clearance of eligibility criteria.
• Only the applicants who belong to the backward classes in the Andhra Pradesh state will you selected for this scheme.
• The bride and groom must have cleared class 10th to be selected for the scheme 2024.
• If the age of the groom is below 21 he will not be selected for the scheme.
• Only the bride whose age is above 18 will be selected for the YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme 2024.

YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme Apply Online 2024

• To apply for the YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme online 2024 the applicant can go to the official NBM website.

• On the homepage click on the option Apply for YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme 2024.
• A new page will appear on your screen.
• Upload all the documents that are asked for and enter all the details.
• Click on the option Submit to complete your process.

Offline Application Process

• To apply for the YSR Kalyanamasthu Scheme 2024 the applicant can go to DA/WEDP.
• The applicants can give all their documents to the DA/WEDP.
• The DA/WEDPChal upload all the documents on the official website.
• All the applications shall be forwarded to WEA/WWDS.
• The WEA /WWDS shall do field verification, e KYC of the bride, groom & mother of the Bride and upload the necessary documents.
• After due field verification by WEA/WWDS, the application shall be forwarded to MPDO /MC.
• The MPDO /MC shall verify all the documents and remarks by WEA/WWDS after due verification, the MPDO/MC shall forward the application to PD-DRDA.
• The PD-DRDA shall verify the documents and forward the application for 6-step validation.
• Post 6-step validation, provisionally eligible and ineligible lists with reasons should be displayed at the Secretariat for Social Audit.
• Post Social audit, eligible applications shall be forwarded to the District Collectors for approval.
• After approval by the District Collectors, the approved application shall be forwarded to the respective State Welfare Corporations.
• Payment will be processed by the respective Corporations to the mother of the bride.

Important Instructions

• The applicants must have all the required documents before filing out the application form or going to the DA/WEDP.
• The applicant must fill out the application form for the scheme online or offline within 30 days of the marriage.
• E-KYC of Aadhaar needs to be given by both Bride and Groom for age proof at the time of application.
• Both Bride and Groom need to submit their SSC certificate(lOth Class pass certificate)
