Eligibility Criteria

• The applicant must be a permanent resident of Odisha state.
• The applicant must belong to a marginal or small category of farmers.
• The applicant must belong to the BPL category.
• If the farmer is working under the state or Central government he will not be eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme.
• The applicant must have a working bank account in his or her name.
