MHADA Konkan Lottery 2024 Online Application Process

• You will first have to visit the official Mhada website of the scheme by clicking on the link given here

• The home page will open on your screen.
• You have to click on the option called Apply Online
• The application form will open on your screen and you will have to enter the specific information related to yourself.
• You have to upload all of the documents and then enter the information related to your monthly income. 
• You have to enter the information related to your PAN card the specifications related to your business and your contact information 
• Enter the final information to verify and submit the application form.
• Read the terms and conditions completely, check the box to indicate your agreement, and then mention your place.
• If everything is accurate, use the Submit button to send your online application, or press the Reset button to make changes.
• Make sure all of the information you’ve given is accurate before clicking the Confirm button to apply.
• By selecting one of the “Print Application Form” options, the applicant can download the application form in either English or Marathi. The applicant must pay the EMD Amount by clicking the “Pay” button to continue.
• The information on the online payment, including the mode of payment, applicant information, and some crucial notes, will be displayed. Read the terms and conditions carefully, check the box to indicate that you agree to them, and then click the “Proceed to Payment” button.
• You will take to the payment gateway for the relevant Bank after selecting the “Proceed to Payment” button to make the EMD payment.
• Examine the information there and choose the preferred payment option. Complete the payment process by clicking the “Make Payment” button.

Required Documents

The following documents require to successfully apply for the lottery:

• SMS notifications: OTP and lottery information will be sent to your Aadhar-linked mobile number via SMS. Lottery information will be sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.
• Email notifications: OTP and lottery information will be sent to your registered email account via email.
• Aadhar card requirements: A clear image of the front and back of your Aadhar card must be uploaded during registration. If married, your spouse’s Aadhar card must also be uploaded.
• PAN card requirements: A clear, readable image of your PAN card must be uploaded during registration. If married, your spouse’s PAN card must also be uploaded.
• Domicile certificate requirements: The domicile certificate must have been issued within the last 5 years (after January 2018) and must have a MahaOnline/MahaIT barcode. If you don’t have a domicile certificate, you can apply for one at Aaple Sarkar or the nearest Maha e-Seva Kendra and enter the application ID/number on the registration form. You must provide the domicile certificate before taking possession of the MHADA unit if you win.
• ITR requirements: Upload the ITR acknowledgment receipt of FY2021-22. If you’re married, upload the ITR acknowledgment receipt for your spouse as well. Note that uploading a salary slip or Form 16 instead of the ITR acknowledgement receipt will be considered invalid.
• Income proof requirements: Upload a Tahsildar or Maha e-Seva Kendra certified Income certificate for FY2021-22 that has a MahaOnline/MahaIT barcode.
• Caste certificate requirements: Upload a valid caste certificate.
• Special categories: Support this with a valid certificate, which can generate on the MHADA new lottery website.
